Dr. SEAN P. HOGGS I, Ed.D.

Dr Hoggs is the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor at Northern Burlington County Regional High School located in Mansfield, New Jersey. A native of Plainfield New Jersey, he received his Doctorate of Educational Leadership from Wilmington University.  Dr. Hoggs is a decorated United States Air Force Combat Veteran Officer, who served at home and abroad.  Dr Hoggs is a consummate community activist and a recipient of the NAACP Lifetime Legacy Award. He is a 2-time best-selling author; the anchor of the national radio show, “Let’s Talk About It.” and was named to the Authors to Watch List by the American Authors Association.

Gary Owens CPA, CGMA

Mr. Owens is an experienced CPA with a demonstrated history of working in various areas of the accounting industry. Strong business professional skilled in Financial Accounting, Audit, Audit Remediation, Tax, Nonprofit Organizations, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and Team Building. A native of Irvington, New Jersey, Mr Owens holds a degree in accounting and finance from Virginia State University.

J. W. Piercy III. MS, RP, CCO

Mr. Piercy is a Supervising Program Support Specialist with the Department of Corrections. A native of Petersburg Virginia, Mr. Piercy has held executive-level positions in various governmental agencies in the state of New Jersey for the past 25-plus years including the position of the 1st Vice president of the Southern Burlington NAACP. He is also a Prince Hall Mason, Prince Hall Shriner, member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, and also holds membership in the Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World (IBPOEW).  He is a certified Parliamentarian with the American Institute of Parliamentarians. He is also a long-standing On-Air Personality with the “Straight Talk with Dean and Marc” worldwide podcast.  Mr. Piercy holds a Master's Degree in Public Safety from Capella University and a degree in Business from Virginia State University.

F. Tarkin Jones, MBA

Mr. Jones is highly experienced in administering federal grant programs. He has served in various senior leadership capacities on the federal E-rate Program, including Senior Director of Client Relations, under President Barack Obama’s broadband initiative.  In addition, he played a pivotal role in the execution of funds in support of the CARES Act and the rapid implementation of various COVID-19 programs. He currently serves as the Corridor IV Representative (State of New Jersey) for the 2nd District and Basileus of Gamma Nu Nu Chapter in Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Mr. Jones is a native of Teaneck, New Jersey and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, a certification in Organizational Leadership from Harvard University and an Accounting Degree from Hampton University.

Eric R. Teel, MSHR, MPM, MBA

Eric Teel is a former pharmaceutical scientist, Research & Development program manager, and United States Navy veteran. Throughout his career, Mr. Teel has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Monsanto, Rohn and Haas, Eastman Kodak, Sterling Winthrop, Elan Pharmaceuticals, and Booz Allen Hamilton in addition to holding adjunct positions at the University of Phoenix and Axia Universities.A constant advocate for STEM programs from the local to national level. Currently serving as the President of Gloucester Township Civic League, Mr Teel has championed the concept of empowering communities for over 30 years.  Mr Teel holds dual graduate degrees in Project Management and an MBA from DeVry University and a degree in Chemistry and Biology from Lincoln University.

LTC (Ret) Richard D Giles II, MA, MS, 

LTC (Ret) Giles II., is a retired United States Army, Engineer Officer with vast experience in strategic planning, and knowledge management. He’s a 15-year champion of community empowerment and has over 20 years of leadership experince in the US Army and US Army Reserve ranks.  He has a wealth of knowledge in leveraging opportunities between non-governmental organizations, corporate organizations, and governmental agencies to create collabrative opportunities to meet the needs of communities.  A native of Linden, NJ, Col Giles is a Harvard University Senior Executive Fellow and a U.S. Congressional Graduate Fellow.  He has earned dual graduate degrees in Diplomacy and Strategic Communications from Seton Hall University, degree in Public Adminstration from Virginia State University and a certification in Public Policy from Harvard University.
